  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may refer to our return and refund policy for further options.
  • Prepaid orders canceled within the stipulated time will be refunded within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

2. Cancellation by Floof

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders under circumstances including, but not limited to:

    • Payment issues
    • Fraudulent transactions or suspected fraudulent activity
    • Errors in pricing or product information
  • In such cases, the customer will be notified, and any payment received will be refunded within 7-10 business days.

3. Subscription or Recurring Orders

  • Subscription services can be canceled anytime before the next billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods.

4. Custom or Personalized Orders

  • Orders for customized or personalized products cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

5. Refund Processing
